drinking cow’s milk they are at a risk of blood loss as cow’s milk can lead to
blood loss by irritating the lining of the intestines and can interfere with
iron absorption.
If you are
diagnosed with low iron your doctor will prescribe iron supplements, eating
iron-rich food such as meats, eggs, seafood, green leafy vegetables, citrus
fruits, and beetroot also you will be suggested to drink a lot of water. During
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Women’s daily iron intake can leap. So they should
take iron supplements and iron rich food to make sure they don’t suffer from
anemia.
